These are genuine US military surplus Polartec fleece overalls / bibs in black. These are designed to be worn in combination with other layers in the ECWCS system and are designed to be worn over top of boots (they may seem short otherwise).
Made with adjustable suspenders, a full length zipper down the side and at the fly, all of which are designed to be easy to use while wearing gloves.
