Shipping policy

Our shipping rates are calculated with the shipping carriers based on the products you've added to your cart. We only charge what the carriers tell us it will cost to deliver it to you. Sometimes, the system gets it wrong though (usually in cases where you're ordering many products) and if you feel the shipping estimate is too high please contact us to run a custom shipping quote for you.

We strive to to get your order to your door as soon as we can!  Most orders shipping within the United States are shipped promptly from our warehouse in Ohio within 1-2 business days.  We do not ship on US holidays or weekends.  We will ship your order using either USPS, FedEx, or UPS.  Some orders shipped internationally, or to PO Boxes may require additional processing time before shipping.

For military personnel, we also offer fast shipping to any APO/FPO address.  Just be sure to select USPS as your shipping method and correctly enter the full APO/FPO address.
