This is a Czech military surplus Vz. 95 camouflage field cap. These are a 50/50 cotton/polyester blend cap with vent holes in the sides, ear flaps with a button on top and on each end. These caps may or may not include the insignia, and are used in very good condition showing only minor signs of use.
